A full golf simulator, anywhere you're hosting.

Fairway Finder is a pop-up golf simulator that comes to you. Hit real balls into a big-screen simulation of the world's most famous courses, powered by a Foresight GC3 launch monitor running GSPro, the same tech serious golfers train on. It sets up indoors or out, and we run the whole thing so you can enjoy your event.

Check your date

Send the booking form with your date, venue and event type. We'll come back to you fast to confirm availability. No payment needed to enquire.

STEP 2

We set up

We arrive ahead of your start time, build the sim, test everything, and have it ready to swing before your first guest picks up a club.

STEP 3

You play

Your host runs the games and keeps the queue flowing while you enjoy your own event. When it's over, we pack down and disappear.

Good to know

Questions we get a lot.

How much space do you need?
You'll need a clear area 3.5m wide × 4m deep, with 2.8m of ceiling height. Think a double garage, function room, marquee or flat outdoor area. Not sure about your space? Send us the details or a photo and we'll tell you straight away if it'll work.
Indoors or outdoors?
Both. The pop-up enclosure sets up inside function rooms, halls and sheds, or outside on a flat, sheltered spot. For outdoor events we'll chat through a wet-weather backup so your day is covered either way.
What do you need from the venue?
Access to a standard power point is ideal. Off the grid at a vineyard, paddock or beach section? We can arrange a generator for a small extra fee, just let us know when you book.
Do guests need golf experience?
None at all. Most of our favourite moments come from first-timers. Your host gets everyone swinging within a minute, and the games are built so total beginners can beat the office golf nut. It happens more than you'd think.
Where do you travel?
We're Hawke's Bay based and the early bird price covers the region: Napier, Hastings, Havelock North, Clive, Waipawa, Waipukurau and everywhere in between. Just outside the Bay? Ask, because we can usually make it work with a small travel top-up.
How many people can play?
The sim comfortably entertains groups from a handful of mates to a hundred-plus guests rotating through over the session. For big crowds we'll set up quick-fire games so everyone gets plenty of swings.
Can we book more than 4 hours?
Absolutely. Longer sessions, evening extensions and multi-day setups are all doable. Tell us what you're planning in the booking form and we'll quote a custom package.
